Exciting Opportunity for a Dental Associate! SM1

A thriving dental practice is seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Associate to join our friendly team. We offer a rewarding mix of NHS and private work, providing a fulfilling and challenging role for the right candidate. Covering Maternity leave for the Principal and practice owner, her list is majority Private patients but will need to part NHS. Could stay on part time. Not taking on any new NHS patients,. so would need to build private list. 

Position: Dental Associate

Employment Type: Part-time

Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Start Date: April

Practice Type: Mixed (NHS & Private)

• NHS Focus: 54% NHS with a yearly target of 2500 - 3000 UDAs.
• Private Share: Excellent earning potential with a 45% share of private fees and lab bills.

Clinic Details:

• Well-equipped practice with 3 modern surgeries.
• Supportive and collaborative team environment.

Remuneration:

• UDA Rate: Up to £13 per UDA.
• Private/Lab Bills: 45% share.
• UDA Annual Contract Amount: 2500-3000 (Not taking new NHS patients)

Required Skills:

• Conversions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical skills.
• NHS Performer number - Required 
• No Visa Sponsership
