Tempdent are a leading Recruitment and Training organisation within the UK for the Dental industry. We are in a very exciting period of growth, and are looking to employ a new Recruitment Manager. Tempdent are based in Finchley, North London and we have recently celebrated our 20 year anniversary. We started as a local recruitment agency and have grown to be one of the largest suppliers of dental staff in London and the UK.
We are looking to recruit a highly successful and experienced Recruitment Manager, to drive Tempdent to become the leading national dental recruitment agency. You will be managing a team of 6 consultants and 1 resourcer. The team recruits for both temporary and permanent staff, for large corporate clients and for smaller independent practices. The team have good foundations to build on, but there is a lot of work to be done. You will therefore have the benefit of processes and systems being in place, which will allow you to focus on the more innovative, strategic and business development elements of the role.
Specific duties include:
- Management of all existing clients and candidates
- Growth of all permanent and temporary desks
- Business development
- Contribution to the planning of the agency’s financial budget and overall responsibility of the budget
- Preparing reports for the Managing Director when requested
- Managing all audit activities including quality assurance, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant
Experience and attributes
- Experience of temporary and or permanent recruitment
- Experience of managing a busy recruitment agency
- Proven experience in hitting and succeeding targets
- Ability to perform under pressure
- A passion for growth and success
