Minimum wage increase in the UK – What it means for apprentices
Exciting news for apprentices across the UK! From 1st April 2025, the National Minimum Wage will increase, including a rise for apprentices.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Temp Dental Nurse to work in HM Prisons in and around Greater London.
As an experienced Dental Nurse, you'll be providing chair- side support to the Dentist working in a secured unit. This is a part time on-going dental nurse position for 3 days week.
You'll be required to wear a fit tested FFP3 mask which will be provided by Tempdent (if you haven't got one) and other PPE will be provided by the HMP in accordance to the COVID19 protocols.
Days required: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours: 09:00-17:00
Pay: £14 per hour
Start: ASAP
Requirements: Suitable dental nurse for this post must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Dental Nurse (providing chair-side support) and GDC Registered. Previous dental prison working experience will be a bonus.
Please note; successful candidates with no previous security clearance will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure, references and security vetting prior to temp work commencing.
