Tempdent offers three key apprenticeships:

• Dental Nursing (Level 3): This apprenticeship prepares individuals to become fully qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurses, delivering essential chairside support and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Future career progression includes specialisation in Orthodontic, Paediatric, Endodontic, Periodontic, or Oral Surgery nursing, as well as post-registration courses in Radiography or Orthodontic Nursing.
  
  
• Oral Health Practitioner (Level 4): Designed to equip dental professionals with skills to promote and protect oral and overall health, this pathway leads to roles such as Oral Health Practitioner, Community Oral Health Educator, and Oral Health Improvement Lead. It also serves as a stepping stone to becoming a Dental Therapist or Dental Hygienist.
  
  
• Dental Practice Management (Level 4): This apprenticeship provides the managerial, organisational, and leadership skills necessary to efficiently oversee dental clinics. Graduates can progress to roles such as Area and Regional Management, Senior Management, or even Practice Partner positions.
