You may have noticed that on the 13th May the Tempdent offices were closed, and we ran a small skeleton service. You may be forgiven for thinking we had all put our feet up and were lounging about doing nothing, but you would be wrong.
Instead, we were all assembled in sunny Daventry where, for the first time in over 2 years, we were able to get the whole team together to look back on 25 Years of innovation and service from Tempdent and to explore what comes next on our incredible journey!
It only seems like yesterday that Lorraine started Tempdent on her own in the back office of the small North London Dental Practice she was working in. And yet here we find ourselves 25 years on amongst 100 colleagues in central England to allow people to travel from as far as Carlisle, Cornwall, and Norway to be with us.
One Tempdent: Those that drum together, stay together!
We started the day with an incredible drumming workshop which brought the whole team together in unison, it really was a perfect illustration of our value One Tempdent and that together we are stronger.
Looking back and looking forwards
Following some inspirational forward looking business workshops where we visioned the future of Tempdent and explored our Values as a team we had a lovely lunch followed by a huge Crystal Maze team building event. We had so much fun!

In the evening we celebrated together till the early hours with a gala dinner and award ceremony followed with a party to die for!
