On the 1st November you may have noticed a note on our website banner or on social media stating that you might find it harder to reach us that afternoon. That’s because on that day we were doing something really great!
We were all taking part in a team session called One Tempdent. As a business we have grown from a tiny dot of a company started by our founder Lorraine Nadel in 1996 to now where we have people on two seperate sites in London as well as countless ‘Tempdenters’ all over the UK. Nearly 23 years on just look at us now!
It was a fantastic afternoon where we took stock of where we are as a company and the fantastic journey we have been on to not only recognise individuals but also the different teams that make up our ‘One Tempdent’ family.
One of our priorities for the session was to try to articulate what our values are as an organisation and how we can ensure we live them, celebrate them and ensure we maintain them. We had lots of fun mixing up the teams and creating Tempdent superheroes based on what we felt our values were as an organisation using blank gingerbread man shapes. You can see what fun we had and some of the output below! This was just the first step towards creating our set of values, next up we will be reviewing the main themes from the art work to develop our Values and the behaviours that we demonstrate to each other, our clients and learners.
