Tempdent was recently visited by Ofsted and we are delighted to announce that we successfully maintained our Level 2 status as a ‘Good’ provider of apprenticeships.
Tempdent deliver the Apprenticeship in Dental Nursing nationwide and are the largest dental apprenticeship provider in the UK with success rates consistently in excess of 85% compared with the current national average of 68%. This year also saw the introduction of the Dental Practice Manager Apprenticeship programme providing practice managers with a qualification to support them to develop in the workplace.

Ofsted commented "Your apprentices and trainees continue to benefit from good quality education and training, leading to high achievement. Learners very much enjoy their studies and feel safe in their training venues and work. The e-learning initiative, with much enhanced resources for learners, provides good study opportunities for very many apprentices across the country"
Cathy Vincini, Tempdent’s Quality and Curriculum Manager said “It was great the inspectors were able to see that the apprentices had a clear view of where they were in their qualification and what they needed to do to progress or improve. They also were very impressed with the broad range of evidence collection which showed that each apprentice was assessed by their individual needs”.
