Tempdent is very proud of both Alison Doherty, Head of Teaching and Margaret Neary, CPD Tutor who were speakers at the 1st World Dental & Oral Health Congress last week.
Margaret Neary is Tempdent’s CPD tutor and an AADN tutor. She is also our expert with CPR, First Aid and Medical Emergencies is also a St Johns Ambulance paramedic. Margaret presented a 45min lecture on Dealing with medical emergencies in a dental practice.
Alison Doherty, Head of Teaching at Tempdent presented a one hour lecture on Cross infection and Decontamination and another hour on Radiography.
“It was an honour to be part of and speak at the 1st Annual International Conference and Exhibition in Dental and Oral Health and hope that we will invited back next year to speak with other eminent speakers”, says Alison. The Congress was attended by key industry people and every speaker was presented with a trophy of thanks from the Chairman.
On the 12th and 13th May, Margaret will be delivering the Medical Emergencies CPD and Alison will be delivering Safeguarding CPD at the Dentistry Show in Birmingham.
